I feel some inspiration for this was pulled from the gladiator soundtrack with Lisa Gerrard of dead can dance =)

10 minutes of meditation is perfect. I was in such a dream like state without being asleep. It was really soothing.

I listen to this at least once a week. I usually meditate on sundays (with sensestamps) and listen to this. After this I'm set with a good mood for another week!
