I listen to this at least once a week. I usually meditate on sundays (with sensestamps) and listen to this. After this I'm set with a good mood for another week!

Very soothing. I've been searching through various meditation tracks and found them a bit distracting, too much going on, but this one is just plain & simple and so easy to listen to.
